Abstract
Middle and High schools together with Colleges and Universities get increasingly involved with international programs to prepare Chinese students for foreign Universities. The context of a private school is very interesting to capture the complex nature of the Educational Technologies adoption process in China, for the better and for the worse. The resistance to ICT adoption in schools, universities and colleges, is mainly a question of inadequacy of control procedures regarding the use of video games based on mobile phones, computers and other electronic devices. Our case study will describe the relationship of school students to both ICT and ESL. It will draw a few guidelines toward improving creativity toward better adoption of ICT and eventual implementation of Serious Games in educational settings against local and global security threats. It will be very helpful for Educators, School administrators, Educational policy makers and ESL teachers in China and other countries toward a Secure Campus Wide Classroom.
